Yes they could of floated a pr. We certainly know that they would do that. This market will not support such activity as we have seen in the past. It takes minipulators and mms to pull that off, neither of wich are participating in such things now. imo This is really leaving bb stocks in a bind now. The old goats(management) just havent caught on yet. imo
