WMG2 - excellent thoughts, I agree.

I feel quite stupid in retrospect for not acting on my belief that it was quite reasonable to think Cortex would be seriously contemplating a financing for the reasons you listed, but I had thought a financing might at least wait until the IND was filed and/or approved.

I'm not defending this financing, because I don't know the details or rationale behind it.

But when I put my CEO glasses on and take my individual investor glasses off, there are a lot of separate reasons Cortex could have combined together to make this a rational but painful decision.
