Yahoo Finance shows total insider shares held as 6K - not much. Also, options held do not require any outlay of cash. I paid for my shares - unfortunately my last purchase was at a price substantially higher than the current price.

I am very unhappy with Stoll for doing the PIPE atthis time and doing it at this large a haircut.
