Whiz...You are wrong... Please show me the statement that I made that you are referencing in your response "You cannot state Michelle Shearer CEO is crooked or criminal because she purchased the shell from Ed Hayter."
I am sure that you cannot produce any statement, as I know what I have said, and I have not, in any way made direct charges against Michelle. You are helping me prove my point, that you have mis-judged, mis-read, and mis-stated complaints against me that are not true. It is your interpretation that is clouding your views...and you are entitled to your views.
How can you make such unsubstantiated statements such as "just as if the shell, which by any stretch of imagination, can have a stench of improprieties due to the fact that it has once been known as IBCX. The shell is intangible?" That statement is totally illogical, and lacks common sense, IMHO... If the bought shell wreaks of improprieties, and the CEO, Eddie boy Hayter, has shown himself to be, what many believe to be a man that lacks honesty, integrity, or any kind of character, and, if he runs a business that some believe to be criminal, from behind this shell, has failed to pay taxes, and debts associated with this shell, dumped billions of shares, R/SCREWED the shareholders, and then sells this shell to Michelle, then, it is logical to assume that there could be a host of bad things that could come out of the wood work that could haunt Michelle, and her attempts to run a legitimate business. Simply put - Buyer beware...
Without question, there is a "stench" that came with the purchased shell, and it will not go away until proof of a legitimate business is shown, and proof that Eddie boy, the Astroms, or any of their cronies, are no longer involved.
As to your statement about the $208K lien by Wahoo Funding naming TSXT and Eddie boy as debtors...Wahoo Funding is reported to be an Astrom company...Eddie boy and the Astroms have worked together on several businesses to fund many new companies, and then to dump billions of shares until the company had no share value worth, and for the assets, that were PR'd to reel in investors, to mysteriously disappear, leaving only debt for investors to hold onto.
So, common sense should tell all of us that just being named with Eddie boy and the Astroms, as TSXT is, should raise some red flags immediately. Just my views, I am sure you have a different one. LOL
Lastly, your statement of "This can be taken a few ways, but does not confirm that Ed Hayter has any current involvement with TSXT management decisions" shows where you are really coming from, IMO. Eddie boy must be proud to see how you speak up for him, and defend him in such a way. No one has ever said that Eddie boy had any involvement with the management of TSXT. Just some speculation, due to the chain of events, and that legal document naming TSXT and Eddie boy both as debtors.
I have wasted enough of my day responding to what I believe to be statements that have not been thought through and that have little merit. I wish you the best, and have no problem with you, and do not want to waste any more of my day trying to explain what was said, and how I meant it.
Many people will hear, and not UNDERSTAND; many will see, and not PERCEIVE what is before them... LOL Have a blessed and prosperous day... GLTU and ALL investors...I hope this thing runs to $25 - then I will break even... HA! HA! HA! Thanks Eddie boy for all the memories...and for passing the buck to Michelle... All JMHO, of course, FWIW
