I spoke to Les late today and here is what he said verbatim :

The 211 is at his attorneys

They have spoken to the MM everyday this week

There were some questions from them and they are responding to all of them

He said a MM was imminent ... definition- it is ready to take place

I am just filling in the board on our conversation !!

If you don't believe me than call him at the number at the bottom of the last PR !!!!
