Star... I think the Fed should raise interest rates one full point and wipe these lenders and home builders out.

They should have known this was going to happen and the people that were responsible for implementing these loans should be put in jail.

But the Fed didn't help any by cutting rates on options expiration day killing all the investors holding puts. That was freakin' irresponsible.
