I was told that there was a Special/Extraordinary Shareholders Meeting organised the 3 of September to explain why Saratovneftegeofizika shareolder's will benefit to be incorporated to NWOG.

Saratovneftegeofizika JSC reported earnings results for the second quarter and first half of 2007. The company reported net profit down 83% to RUR 7.4 million in the first half of 2007 from RUR 45.44 million in the same period last year. The company had a net loss of RUR 2.387 million in the first quarter and a net profit of RUR 9.8 million in the second.

He explain me that due to special expense they are making less money this year, but they will be back on track next year. (3.5M$ in net profit/year)

After that, I was inform that NWOG will have a partnership with
"Rosneft-Termneft Joint Stock Co" to drill and explore Saratov region.
