eckwell: The 8M likely was part of the authorized but not issued previously. If restricted as stated, it is not tradeable now hence imo not part of the tradeable float. It does however imo reduce debt, since money had been due to Scott and he took stock instead.


8million shares in exchange for $$$$$$ owed Scott is a good sign of faith imo

I like having shares fall into his hands whenever possible as it indicates eventually they are tightly held when they come off restriction in 12 months+ jmho

$60k is no small chunk of change imo
