Just speculation like my last post. My idea would;
1. USPS only scanning and putting in bulk trays. Small space requirement. Closer to 100% scan rate as lesser chance need to be scanned missed and all PO's would not have to have equipment.
2. Better control.
3. Less loss and damage.
4. Less inventory of slow use titles. No need to have one at 9 dc's if only asked for a few times a year.
5. More advantages I'm sure..............
