Chris - I had several email exchanges with the author of that article. She was offended as a Latino because she thought that the test had "Latino" as a category. She actually was under the impression that DNAP had created a "Latino phenotype" (her own words)

Apparently she made several hasty phone calls and based her write up on those calls. I don't think she did any research of her own considering that I had to give her the links to the Louisiana case and the ancestrybydna website.

The one moral of the story from DNAP's point of view is that when you explain admixture to someone who doesn't know what admixture is, you have to be very careful how you choose your words.
