AURC did say that shareholders would be officially notified of the date and place of the shareholder meeting that is supposedly within the next couple weeks.

Time is running out on that commitment made by AURC. That's not a promise of a PR by a certain date, but it is a promise of official notification by a certain date. Sorta close in my book.
