It's fairly obvious looking at the volume and price action:
1. Dilution, Dilution, Dilution. The company is floating shares to fund their growth; and,
2. Scam "IR" firms dumping a lot of shares. That is how these promotions get paid. They don't have time to wait for the company to uplist and/or report profitable results to get their money.
Yes, the company appears to be executing, but there is no way the SP of a pinkie can withsatnd the withering selling that we've been seeing. There are simply not enough buyers to absorb all the shares coming to market at the Ask, so it forces the Bid down.
When the massive seliing subsides, then the stock has a chance to recover. Even good PRs cannot withstand this selling, not to mention the fact that sellers often use PRs to initiate their massive dumps. GLTY.
