The Pr is a 10+

This is not about just doing a completed deal Pr we need to make sure that all the ts are crossed and that all final approvals are received.

I would have preferred that we continued doing the progress report rather then waiting until the deal is done to Pr but this is what we were asked by many shareholders to just Pr done deals. Maybe we will go to the old format but for now this is how we are doing it.

The second group will stay behind until mid to late August. Why so long and what we are doing I can not disclose that but the transaction does require that length of time for the involvement.

Do not speculate that anything has gone wrong just because we did not Pr the transaction. When the deal is 101% ready we will Pr it. It is going much much better then we ever anticipated, that is all I can tell you
