evenkeel, I know he can probably get away without being a licensed captain in Florida. I just can't believe that Wilf is willing to pay this guy $6K a month and he does that 2 weeks in advance, when the guy is nothing more then a deck hand.
I might be able to understand it, if the guy was a master diver with contacts in the industry. The problem is that he isn't.
Put that $6K a month on top of the storage fees for the last 6 months, while he is working on the deep scam and it adds up to money that could have been saved and the dilution wouldn't have had to take it sub-penny.
More importantly in my opinion. If Wilf wants to throw money away, he should at least pay to get the guy certified as a diver, before DPBM faces a tremendous lawsuit if there is a diving accident. Actaully, I believe the U.S. Coast Guard regualtions for divng companies, requires that all their divers be certified.
