Unfortunately, BF has shown the market what the company is all about...and that's one reason the sp is where it is. Big commissions to Oilpods, BF also runs another company that has "dealings" (that I'm pretty sure are profitable) with PRVB. Whatever happened to Transcontinental Minerals? When all is said and done with PRVB, don't be too surprised if all WI have been sold out for producing properties. Nice deal for BF getting 10% of pretax net profit don't you think, especially since WI sales are the biggest chunk of "profits". Let's see, Oilpods gets 20% of WI sales, BF's "other" company gets ??? for their part in sales of production, BF gets 10% of net pretax profits. Looks to me that easily 30% is getting taken "off the top" and PRVB still owes Oilpods, etc payments for WI before anything goes to PRVB's net per share. Got to wonder how this can provide any benefit to shareholders. Seems to me that the benefits are still all geared toward some sort of "friends and family" plan.
