Shorting, as a whole, should be criminalized. It undermines the whole bullish nature of America.

Whoever created and approved of the practice, as American as they claimed to be, were actually quite the opposite. Anyone who still sides with the right to short, should be labeled 'an enemy of the People'.

Just because laws are in effect, doesn't mean they are 'good' laws, or 'fair' laws. It just means someone's money bought the right people to pass those laws.

What's worse yet, is these laws allow foreigners to exploit the system and loopholes provided...foreigners who will gladly use it against us.

Supply and demand, in it's simplest form, will sufficiently run the market the way the vast majority of investors participate in it for.

Do away with all shorting, and the 'life-blood sucking' will cease.
