It's true that Chad was pumping SLJB, but what you failed to recognize is that Party and nearly everyone else thought it was real up until the end. Emaar is a real company. We didn't think that anyone had the balls to PR a deal with them if it wasn't true. Unfortunately Emaar probably never saw the PR and didn't come forth and deny it. The SEC and the RCMP is handling things now and hopefully they'll find the crooks in their worm holes.
