You said you had written to them, so all I meant was that I'll ask the questions, saying I knew you had already contacted them.

Honestly not trying to tread on your toes, it's just my research of Pink Sheets says the Company has to comply with their regulations as they are the OTC exchange, and the SEC and NASD are not responsible for filings on the Pinks, the (as you rightly point out) Pink Sheet Company is.

I think it's the same for any Pink, but I've never listed one. Have you?

I really didn't mean to annoy you, as I think you are doing a great job of DD.
