Stocky, these deals are going on all around us. The one you pointed out a few posts ago is a good example. If it was going to happen,it would have happened. There are no partnering deals and the only financing is of the Dutchess/Athena/TBF ilk.

The "somthing is happening but we can't talk about it" BS has gone on now for years. The leadership seems to be as full of Sh*t as you are.
