xan.... maybe mr. fleming has some smarts to him (did i just say that??) and he avoided these marketing companies that offer products with "points" associated with them.....
it appears that gtap hired a marketing company.... the marketing company DID there job and got a whole bunch of sign-ups for gtap..... and at the same time offered "points" that would be redeemable for other possibly higher scale products....
so, a person would sign-up to gtap... get the points... and then either cancel right away or they gave fraudulent credit cards to sign-up..... that is the way i read it, at least.....
so, gtap discovered this and wasted a whole bunch of money to unravel this mess and get an actual revenue count....
