Bob, how did you get on with Petel?

I asked the same sort of questions, and they told me that as a "non-reporting" Pink Sheet they don't have to file a list of directors with the SEC.

I checked with the SEC and with Pink Sheets, and the SEC confirmed that they had to file the Directorships with Pink Sheets via OTCIQ.com, but not with either the state or the SEC.

Hope this helps your investigations, it answered a lot of questions for me. I also asked if they had anything outstanding and was told by both that as long as they file the Quarterly Reports and Annual Accounts on time then they are up to date and in good standing.
