Regarding rm plays, I've read that argument on several boards and never read an adequate response. Why would any company going public hand over a sizable percentage of their assets to rubes holding shares of a shell? I think shell-holders get shaken off like fleas and the only way to play is to get in very early and get out very shortly thereafter.
