Newtonian physics is a "way oversimplified" version of
relativistic physics. Nevertheless it is still quite useful
way of thinking for many purposes. wink


The fact that we are so very many, MANY orders of magnitude away from theoretically power-optimal computation doesn't seem to inform your judgement, let alone our immature understanding of the physics of devices and materials at the scales you are discussing.

There are far too many unknowns, and you've provided far too few constraints, for you to make the claim you did.
