No, SQUM has no need to tell anyone anything regarding a change in plan to try and collect, and no, they don't have any reason to toss good money after bad.
I deal in legal matters all the time. It's part of my job. You don't spend $20 to get 10. And in Sequiam's case with Cyberkey, no matter what they spend, they will NEVER SEE A PENNY. Cyberkey, following this trial, will be BROKE. BANKRUPT. KAPUT. Just a share printing machine. Which is all it really was before.
Now if Sequiam was defaulted on by Intel, or some other large company with tons of assets, I could see them taking a shot. And don't try to go with the product quality garbage, it has NEVER been publicly stated, and your statements are a deliberate attempt to imply that Sequiam has bad products, to which Fujitsu, Black and Decker/Kwikset, and many others selling their product disagree.
