Hi GG, hope you have been doing fine. Interesting read in last post. I re-read the S.E.C. press release that was noted as point of reference for the article. It noted that the S.E.C. case was settled out of court, which I remembered it reading, but didn't remember it stating that the civil part of it would be settled at a later date. I am curious if you know the status of this and if it will affect shareholder's losses.
I still believe in the "idea" of the product IBCL is supposed to have ownership of, but am unfortunately loosing hope due to the way it has been managed. I recently had some time on my hands so I made some inquiries and found a lawfirm that is at least willing to look into all the misleading press releases, basic giving away of intellectual property to Nova, specific brokers involvement in promotion and use of insider information to promote, and etc., etc. to see what if anything can be done to secure some type of recovery. They said they would let me know something in a couple of weeks. I haven't wanted to cost the company or Tim any money (if he or the company still have any) if there is still a chance to get this product sold, but as I said I am loosing hope.
If you know or find out anything new about either the progress of moving the product or civil action outcomes or activities please let me know. I changed my E-mail so you'll need to let me know here or if you want I'll give you my new E-mail. Thanks.
JOHN
