IR told me in a conversation we had 3 weeks ago that there were 300,000,000 million shares that he was trying to sell off market before they hit the market.

I actually worked out a deal to buy about 70-80 mil off market for an agreed on pps just under .0004.

Something smelled fished so I backed out last minute.
