While I'm dreaming...

It would also be quite nice to have a "submit/archive" button on the preview screen for private replies.

My normal routine is to compose the reply and click preview. If no changes are necessary I must either click "edit" and then "submit/archive" or click "submit" and then "mailbox" and then "remove".
