VOIP, Only in my opinion…

I could very well be wrong, but Frank seems to be professional, intelligent, and honest enough to where if he is going to file with the SEC that he have enough shares to talk about exercising his… “supermajority” vote… and has the… “majority of the voting power”… because he is the… “controlling shareholder”… in WNSH, then he has got to have recently filed such with the SEC because he must “actually” have those shares in his possession “now” and not because he is still awaiting them to be given to him.

I think they are termed “Float Shares” as opposed to “Restricted Shares” because of how he got them, but the same affect and effect that we all believed to happen will happen, given certain confirmation on a little more substance.

Again, I might be interpreting things wrongs, but I think we will be able to tell much the next time major buying volume comes rolling in and how level II strengthens up from the bottom this time around.

You have spoken to him on a few occasions so you have a certain flavor for your thoughts that I won’t. I have had no communication with him at all. I tried by phone and by email a few times, but have not gotten any responses These thoughts could be me being dense for seeing the logic behind all of this, but that’s the way I see it.

I have no desire to contact him anymore for now because I trust my DD enough to believe in what he is trying to do to wait it out.
