and do you think they don't...how can t/a not know the amount of shares that were issued..of coarse they do! management just seems fit to keep shareholder in the dark about the most important things like the o/s. who cares about the launch and subs and commerical. no one can make valuations on what the company is worth until they speak abou the o/s...so to me this is a red flag
