This will be cleared up when I receive the actual file copy from the Delaware Division of Corporations. Had a nice talk to the SEC. Many complaints about Medify/Petel going back to the first formal one on October 31, 2006. According to the SEC, this stock has "crossed a threshold of interest" to "close scrutiny", his words not mine, and would not go into any ungoing investigations. I have requested copies of any and all fillings for Medify and Petel from the first of the year to now. I was informed that the files at the SEC are up to todays date. Let see what I get.
