Simply put the 5k or 10k blocks you see on L2 are simply minimums,
it by no means proves they only have 5k blocks to sell (but sometimes its exactly that)

it is a reflection of the lack of transparency in this market.

And is one of the tools allowed to them to maintain the corrupt market
By the same token, if you place an order, they by no means are
required to display it,
Sometimes people do try calling in top their brokers
and request that their order be displayed in the market place,
