Do you really think that is how wages and salaries are arrived at? Do you really think that without unions we would be better off?

So why are the manufacturing jobs leaving the US when there was an agreement with employees on salary? Could it be that others agreed to be paid less?

Since the 70's how has worker salaries compared to inflation?
