I'm not well informed in the HIV arena, but i know tmc125 has shown godo activity in efivirenz and other nnrti resitant mutants. but like every other hiv drug it has also shown resistance, so no drug is perfect. more importantly however, it is a twice daily drug whereas IDIX feels the pk of their product can support once daily dosing (which in HIV we know means a lot)
