Unfortunately the SEC will not reply or even acknowledge complaints. No doubt that SEC review against penny companies is not aggressive enough and that is why people like Giles and Ariz get away with all the bullshit they dish out. In time perhaps they will be caught, specially if enough people register complaints right on the website. The more the better!!!!!!
