US,Saudi Arabia To Announce Action Against Terror Finance

WASHINGTON (Dow Jones)--Treasury Secretary John Snow on Thursday will announce a joint U.S. action with Saudi Arabia related to the fight against terror financing, the Treasury said. Snow is expected to make a statement around 11 a.m. EST (1600 GMT), followed by a briefing by officials from the Treasury, the State Department and the Saudi Arabian government, the Treasury said. "Today's joint action with Saudi Arabia is another important step in our ongoing war against terrorism and terrorist financing," the Treasury said in a statement.
