It is good to see the company provided us with a timetable on the SEC filing. I hope they are able to meet if not exceed this timeline and also upload their response on the EDGAR website as promised in their July 16, 2007 PR, for investors to peruse.
Projects
Docrew mentioned in his post (#7164) that recent PRs suggest that the IP has been turned over to the company, based on the type of project undertakings that have been announced over the last couple of weeks. Today’s PR still remains silent on this development. Most important (in my opinion) is that there has been no further update on the February 19, 2007 PR “W2 Begins Demonstrations of GAT Reactor”. Now, this could be due to patent issues…just my guess; however, it seems reasonable that the company should update it investors regarding its most important technological development.
In my opinion, the absence of this key information has partly contributed to the malaise, if you will, detected on this board. It is quite apparent that the recent PRs issued…attracted very little discussion as most investors are perhaps not satisfied with the adequacy of the update provided.
Financing
The Company obviously has the ability to self-finance its operations. It would have helped if this $1.0M of financing reported was time-framed. Per the SEC filings, as at March 31, 2007, the company had $50,965 Cash on Hand. If they raised the $1.0M since March 31, 2007 this would be a significant indication of investors’ confidence in their technology. If not…then it’s a moot point.
