You are right, of course. On the other hand, as long as there are sellers out there at ask prices of 9 and change, why would there be upside to the stock? See:

I don't like these damnable MMs any more than you do, and have
said so in numerous previous posts, and 1 of the 3 huge reasons that the AMEX acceptance/announcement is so vital, the other 2 being exposure and credibility. IMHO!
