My gut tells me the same thing. I knew going in that this was not going to be a get rich quick scheme and I'm willing to give it time to work. Whether this turns out to be a JV, buyout or slow development, I don't care. I'm in for less than 1/10 th of a penny and think I can give it some time to work. Maybe if some of those here weren't soo interested in seeing a 1 to 2 10th uptick to flip they wouldn't complain quite as much. I know it takes all kinds of investors and their different attituteds to make a market, but I don't bitch just because they made a few dollars. I don't like it when they do just because it isn't moving as fast as they would like to flip. jmho
