There is such a thing as a free market. Which means that if a company mistreats workers, they just quit and the company will have to spend 3 times more money to train the replacements. And they will quit also. So eventually (very soon) the company will start treating the workers better.
So I don't see any need to organize. You can quit alone. As everyone else.
