One thing wrong here, dilution is just another form of debt servicing otherwise dilution would not be necessary. Therefore to say Identa is debt free is a misnomer. At the end of the day we are paying down the debt through this dilution. It's called "printing paper" or increasing the share structure to offset expenses.

That on the pinks is a red flag. Often it signals the company is struggling financially and could easily indicate misappropriation of funds. I'm keeping all options open here including liquidation of my position. The time for action on behalf of management is right now. We have heard enough talk to put drug detectors on the space lab for further R&D.

My call for transparency, accountability, and crediblity is with good reason. It is being requested with constructive, positive intent because regardless how nice a guy Mr. Shoham is there is now reasonable grounds to assume the worst. That being this company could fold like a house of cards tomorrow and you and I and all the longs here would be none the wiser.

My request for YS to show some integrity is with positive intent and without malice. Yes it is being requested strongly because the need for Yaacov to support his stock constructively is more important than ever. The PPS is plunging inaction is no longer an option.
