TGTL... my point is you represent, as fact, that the Float is 800M and that is incorrect, period. You have no way to know the O/S, restricted, or the Float.

And this last post... you say "tender offer first week of September". You do not know this, TGTL. It could be this coming week. Sib has already taken control of GBDX so it appears the deal has been done for a long time and loose ends were/are being tied up. But we just do not know ANYTHING about the timing of the BUYOUT PR.
