Richie, what do you call "diluting"? Do you mean the increase of the A/S and O/S from 2B to 2.5B? If so, you are right. We were diluted 25%. If, on the other hand, you are referring to the increase of the float, than you are wrong, because the O/S and A/S remain unchanged.
Richie, can you please elaborate on this statement:
First I'd like to hear your explanation how a CEO going to the BB can somehow not account for 600 million shares for one solid year.
About Alliance: all you can do imo is guess about it Richie.We will never know unless we are told. You can also not expect from a CEO that he keeps a diary of every move he makes and than publish it. If the CEO reads this board, and I know many do, he will be well aware of the issues that are bothering the shareholders. Maybe he will act upon it, and maybe he wont, but insulting him almost daily is not going to help us. If I was a majority shareholder, I would do anything in my power to increase the share value, and I suppose Yaacov feels the same way. So i'm willing to give him the benefit of a doubt and wait a little longer. It is of course your privilage to feel different
