Here is TGTL's email about O/S... He said O/S was 700-800M (yesterday) and then he posts here the Float is 800M.

Float is O/S minus Restricted... does not add up so he should not post what he doesn't know, imo. Clearly there are restricted shares so the 'Float' is considerably less than the O/S (which we do not know).

Without going into details, here is the actual situation with GBDX O/S.

700-800M shares in the market.

200-300M Shares bought buy ALMAZ

500M CONTROL BLOCK

In my view, ALMAZ need 100-150M shares before giving a tender offer for the rest.

Will not be suprise to see ALMAZ buying 30M shares/day during the last week of August.
