The 9 Billion share figure that you are citing was from JF.....however, as you may also recall it was the result of adding the (then current) OS to the 5.8 Billion shares SB-2A that were registered for sale with the SEC. Also remember that these shares were registered with a value of 0.0050 pps!

At the current prices.....there is NO WAY that the OS can be limited to 9 Billion shares and as "William" has pointed out (in essence) GZFX has already defaulted on the agreement with GGI since they do not have a sufficient supply of shares registered with the SEC to complete the agreement!

Given the current shareprice and its rather steep decline over the months since the SB-2 and SB-2A has been established.....GZFX will either have to perform an RS or register more shares for sale with the SEC.....

The 25 Billion AS is the next target to be concerned with!
