It doesn't say how many shares were sold by Alliance. Nor the true size of the float. Is there a deliberate scheme to hide the float? If Alliance is a seller,then his shares must be added to the float, by definition.It does not exclude others from selling. How many times does Yaacov have to fail to deliver that which he already has in his possession before his veracity is questioned? On what basis does he deserve the benefit of any doubt? What has he said or done that exudes confidence in his word?
