Intel Doubles Cash Dividend

The Intel Corporation board of directors has approved a 100 percent increase in its quarterly cash dividend payable on the company's common stock beginning with the first quarter of 2004 dividend.

The dividend on Intel stock will be increased from $0.02 per share to $0.04 per share per quarter. The payment date will be March 1, 2004 to holders of record of the Common Stock as of Feb. 7, 2004. Intel began paying a cash dividend in 1992, and has paid a dividend for 45 consecutive quarters.
