That's why I believe seatbelts should be an option, and not a law like it is here in Oregon. I got lucky, my doctor used my disability to help me get a certificate so that do have to wear seatbelts. The only trouble I have is that the cops that keep pulling me over haven't seen one, and they always call in to see if I have created it, or if it's for real.
