I think an example of a wider therapeutic window would be
Isotecknika's (ISTKF) ISA247 compared to cyclosporine, the standard for immunosupression in kidney transplants among other uses. ISA247 has passed some impresssive PI, PII tests and is preparing to start a PIII, probably 2H04. They have partnered with Roche in the biggest biotech deal in Canada. Roche is working on getting the production settled before starting the PIII.
