AmTech adds MRVL to their focus list noting recent checks indicates that MRVL's HDD IC business (~45% of rev) is seeing stabilization as inventory levels continue to get worked down due to better than expected PC shipments. Stronger PCs are also benefiting its GigE controller and PHY businesses (~12%) where customers include leading motherboard manufacturers Asustek, Gigabyte, Foxconn, MSI, and ECS. Wi-Fi (~6%) is seeing stronger trends with the adoption of 802.11n in PC and home networking applications and continued penetration in game consoles and cell phones. XScale (18%) continues to see robust trends as MRVL's fastest growing business particularly at RIMM..
