dragon man, no one is concerned about whether or not you talk to tom. Any EDEX information that is not issued as an official News Release by the company is of zero consequence. Most of us on this board have already (and unfortunately) had plenty of direct dialogue to and from Tom, and for the most part it's amounted to nothing but misleading, innacurate, or at best meaningless chatter. Even the Official Company News Releases have amounted to much the same thing come to think of it. The difference is that while it's tough to hold a CEO's feet to the fire as a result of "alleged" phone calls, offical Press Releases are much more difficult for the company to wiggle out of. Hence, EDEX continues to avoid responsiblity, by creating an illusion of being open and "available to the shareholders" with information, when in reality it is simply using "private" phone calls and emails as a means of trying to put a spin on the story as needed to help improve public opinion, buy more time to sell stock to fund the company, and avoid having to issue Offical News.
